Proof: a Swedish forecourt chain, over 100 sites

This is not theory. A Swedish petrol station chain measured pump-to-store capture across a network of over 100 sites and found conversion varying from 8 to 55 percent between stations in one measured period, with a dependency rate as low as 10 to 15 percent (only 10 to 15 percent of store visitors also filled up).
