Bumbee Labs connects to the Xovis hardware you already own and processes its metadata into clean footfall analytics (counts, occupancy, dwell, queues, zone flows and demographics) without storing a single personal image.
How does the switch work?
- Inventory. You tell us which sites and sensors you have. We identify the series and check the firmware with you.
- Redirect the data. Your installer or IT team points each sensor’s data push to our platform. The sensors keep counting throughout, so no days are lost. If you have historical data from your current supplier, we load it as well.
- Check the counts. We compare the first days against your previous figures and adjust counting lines or zones where the analysis needs it.
- Go live. Dashboards and API access open for every site, with the same KPIs everywhere.

Can you process data from Xovis sensors I already own?
Yes. This service is for organisations that already run Xovis 3D sensors and want better analytics, clearer dashboards or a properly compliant setup. We connect to your existing hardware, so there is nothing to rip out and replace.
Which Xovis sensor models do you support?
The PC2 series (PC2SE, PC2RE and outdoor variants), the PC3 series for high ceilings, the PF series for wide areas and the APS and APF series in vehicles. If you are unsure which you have, pick "Not sure" in the form and we will identify them with you.
What do you need from us to get started?
A list of sites and sensors, roughly how they are mounted and what you want to measure. Your installer or IT team then points the sensors' data push to our platform. The sensors support pushes over HTTPS, SFTP and MQTT, among others, so no extra hardware is needed on site.
We already use another analytics tool. Can we switch?
Yes. The sensors keep counting while the data push is redirected. If you have historical data from your current analytics supplier, we load it into the platform so your trends continue without a break. Counting lines and zones defined in the sensor stay as they are, and we adjust them with you where the analysis needs it.
Do I need to buy new hardware?
No. The service is meant to get more out of the sensors you have already paid for. If your goals later call for more sensors or wider coverage, we are a Xovis Certified Partner and can supply them, or add Wi-Fi as a complement. Both are optional.
How is this GDPR-compliant?
Xovis sensors keep all imagery on the device and export only metadata, never a video stream. We build counts and occupancy from that metadata, so no individual is identified and no personal images are stored. What remains is anonymous, aggregated statistics.
What does it cost?
