Yes. If your venue runs on RUCKUS One, Bumbee Labs connects to your cloud-managed environment remotely, reads the signals from your access points and turns them into anonymous, aggregated counts of how people move through the space.
What you need to start: a RUCKUS One environment and permission to connect Bumbee Labs to it. In most cases this needs no new hardware and no site visit, and your network keeps running as it does today. Access points with BeamFlex adaptive antennas are covered the same way as the rest of your estate.
Visitor counting and occupancy monitoring are both available on your existing RUCKUS One infrastructure, and the Bumbee Labs dashboards show where visitors go and when.

Does this use RUCKUS Analytics?
RUCKUS Analytics is not required. Bumbee Labs connects remotely to your cloud-managed RUCKUS One environment and puts its own GDPR-approved footfall analytics on top of the data that environment already produces. You get visitor counts, dwell time and flows without that module. Teams that already run RUCKUS Analytics can book a demo, and we'll confirm the right route for their setup.
Does people counting with RUCKUS One identify individual visitors?
No. While Bumbee Labs anonymises and aggregates the signals from your RUCKUS One access points, it irrevocably deletes the personal data. Nothing but anonymous statistics remains, and none of it can identify an individual.
Is people counting with RUCKUS One GDPR-compliant?
Yes. RUCKUS One is managed in the cloud, so Bumbee Labs connects remotely, and the personal data in the signals from your access points is deleted at source. What is left is aggregated statistics only. A European data protection authority has examined the method and approved it.
